In his heartfelt message, V expressed his gratitude to fans who showered Yeontan with love over the years. He added, “I would be grateful if you could remember Yeontan and wish for his happiness even in the stars.”

The loss of Yeontan is deeply felt, as he was more than just a pet—he was a companion who brought warmth and joy during challenging times. Yeontan first captured ARMYs’ hearts in December 2017 when he was introduced during Jin’s birthday live stream. Initially living with V and the other BTS members in their dorm, Yeontan later stayed with V’s parents while the singer managed his hectic schedule. However, in 2023, V brought Yeontan back to live with him in his Seoul apartment, further strengthening their bond. Fans loved seeing glimpses of Tannie alongside Jungkook’s dog, Bam, showing the camaraderie even among BTS pets.
